First Time Visit

To welcome all NEW Clients, this treatment is a consultation/massage combo. To ensure you have a comfortable and thorough first visit, I will be asking a series of quick questions about your medical history and what to expect during your massage. We will address blood circulation utilizing manual effleurage and petrissage techniques to soothe the mind and body. Towards the end of your treatment, we will discuss your overall Wellness Journey and our plans to improve for future sessions (15 minute consultation included). **Please note if you have not been serviced by me within 6 Months you MUST book this session to ensure your health is up to date

This treatment is focused on physically active individuals that need to prevent/recover from sports/active-related injuries while performing Passive Stretches and Myofascial Release on neglected muscles and ligaments such as the IT Band, Piriformis, TFL, iliopsoas, and the Glenohumeral area. This treatment also includes PNF stretching, Reciprocal Inhibition, ROM testing, and Hydrotherapy **please book “FIRST TIME VISIT” (if you have not been serviced within 12 months)*

I recently had a 45-minute sports treatment massage with Ashanti, and it was an excellent experience. She was incredibly intentional and mindful throughout the session, creating a calming environment that put me at ease right away. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Ashanti! As a personal trainer who strength trains regularly, recovery is crucial for my performance and longevity in the gym. Ashanti’s deep knowledge and no-nonsense approach have been a game-changer for me. She quickly identifies the root of the issue without unnecessary fluff and delivers effective treatment every time.

Since I started seeing her consistently in January 2025, she’s helped me reduce inflammation by releasing restricted myofascia, which has significantly improved my mobility, strength, and hypertrophy outcomes. Beyond that, she’s even been able to relieve my migraines and the intense cramping and aching I experience during my menstrual cycle—something I didn’t expect from bodywork!
