To welcome all NEW Clients, this treatment is a consultation/massage combo. To ensure you have a comfortable and thorough first visit, I will be asking a series of quick questions about your medical history and what to expect during your massage. We will address blood circulation utilizing manual effleurage and petrissage techniques to soothe the mind and body. Towards the end of your treatment, we will discuss your overall Wellness Journey and our plans to improve for future sessions (15 minute consultation included). **Please note if you have not been serviced by me within 6 Months you MUST book this session to ensure your health is up to date

This treatment is focused on physically active individuals that need to prevent/recover from sports/active-related injuries while performing Passive Stretches and Myofascial Release on neglected muscles and ligaments such as the IT Band, Piriformis, TFL, iliopsoas, and the Glenohumeral area. The listed amount is a small deposit to secure your spot and limited to ONE appointment per month unless gifted. The final amount you choose to pay is flexible and will be determined after your session, based on what you can afford. Full Payments are also welcomed! *Deposits are non-refundable! Reschedules must be within 48hrs of your appointment or a $50 fee applies for reschedules*

Traveling to clients is a convenient service to provide the comfort of individuals who prefer to stay in their home or work place. All equipment is provided with the travel fee (massage table, oils, sheets, etc...). This fee is applied on top of the specific treatment of your choice! Please note this service is available after 3 sessions with Strictly Clinically Massage unless directly referred by a reoccurring client.
